Sustainability Report

As a family-run business based in Austria, we take responsibility 
we care for people, our products and the environment. 
Our aim is to take a holistic approach to Sustainability – from climate protection to fair working conditions.

Through our sustainability report, we make our commitment transparent.
This report is produced on a voluntary basis and is aligned with the requirements 
of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
It is based on a dual materiality analysis, which has identified four key themes:

      Reduction of greenhouse gases / Expansion of renewable energy / Systematic energy management
    • Workforce
      Safe working conditions / Health promotion / Equal opportunities
    • Consumers
      Safe and high-quality products / Clear information / No advertising aimed at children / Reduction of food waste
    • Corporate governance
      Clear rules and integrity / Whistleblowing scheme / Anti-corruption rules / Responsible supply chains

Organisation

Responsibility for sustainability lies with the management and the Sustainability Board.
Operational implementation takes place across 17 areas of action.

Through regular stakeholder dialogue, we ensure the continuous development of our strategy.
