Free from preservatives
An important part of our high-quality baked goods is avoiding the use of preservatives. For instance, the clean room technology concept allows us to produce all Ölz toast and sandwich products without any preservatives at all.
Production with clean room technology
Specially developed filter systems are used in clean room technology. They ensure an exceptionally clean atmosphere. The air is replaced about 110 times every hour, creating an environment similar to what one would find in a hospital’s operating theatre.
After baking comes the cooling process. Filtered air circulates around the products during this period, and they are carefully packaged in the low-germ environment. With these measures, we at Ölz Meisterbäcker are able to guarantee a minimum shelf life of 14 days.
In addition, our packaging offers effective protection beyond this minimum shelf life, provided it remains sealed and unopened.
Aside from our Ölz Toast and Sandwich products, our Ölz Milch Brötle and Ölz Schulmaus have been manufactured with clean room technology since 2015. And they are not the only ones.
